How can I make a difference?
Please note! We are new here – We would love first and more to build a community, our official work starts 20 January 2026.
We lovingly assemble care packages for women and families facing miscarriage, infertility, or IVF — moments when quiet compassion matters most. Inside each one is a heat pack, a handwritten letter, a journal, and a few gentle surprises to bring warmth, validation, and the reminder: you are not alone.
You can sponsor a package for someone who needs it — or even give in honour of a loved one, a baby you carry in your heart, or a friend walking a hard road.
With your help, we can deliver these moments of dignity and care to families across South Africa
We are a 100% nonprofit organisation, and every donation directly supports our work — from care packages and support groups, to community education, advocacy, and reaching those in under-resourced areas.
Whether it’s once-off or monthly giving, your support helps us:
-
Deliver care packages to hospitals and homes
-
Train HR teams, health workers, and managers in trauma-informed care
-
Host community spaces, support circles, and remembrance events
-
Offer comfort where the system has fallen short
You can also donate in honour of someone you love, or dedicate a gift in memory of a baby gone too soon.
Your generosity makes this work possible.
Mental health support after miscarriage or infertility isn’t a luxury — it’s essential. But for too many families, it’s simply out of reach. We’re building a network of compassionate, trauma-informed therapists who offer sessions at a reduced rate for those in financial need. If you’re a therapist willing to partner with us, we’d love to hear from you.
You can also make a direct impact:
If therapy helped you through your journey, consider gifting a session — or a pack of sessions — to someone else who needs it now. Your donation can provide:
-
A safe place for a grieving mother to be heard
-
A couple navigating IVF to reconnect
-
A family to process loss with dignity, not silence
Healing should never depend on affordability.
Let’s make care accessible — together.
We host beautiful, meaningful events to raise funds — and to build the kind of community where healing and joy can coexist.
From art nights and padel brunches to group sessions, grief yoga, and more, our events are about connection, restoration, and doing good together. Whether you’ve experienced loss yourself or simply want to support someone who has, there’s space for you here.
Subscribe to get personal reminders, early access, and updates on what’s coming next.
We’d love to see you at the next one.
We’re looking for partners who can help us: Yoga studios and teachers, Personal trainers, Donate products or services, and more.
-
Yoga studios and teachers: offer safe spaces for body-based healing after loss or during fertility treatments
- Personal trainers: to support gentle movement, strength, and grounding in times of emotional strain
- Donate products or services: from printing to therapy sessions, tea to tissue packs
-
Host speaking engagements where we share lived experience and advocate for systemic change
-
Train teams — we offer workshops and sessions for HR departments, managers, and healthcare providers on how to support staff or patients through reproductive grief
-
Collaborate on campaigns that raise awareness, shift stigma, or build policy
-
Support our community events, remembrance days, or support group spaces
Can you imagine the privilege of a second opinion?
A private consultation and scan with a gynaecologist typically costs between R1,400 and R1,900, depending on the clinic and services provided.
This is far more than a family can afford if they want a second opinion to be sure nothing can be done.
Your support gives a family the clarity and peace of mind they need at a deeply vulnerable moment..
💌 As a sponsor, we’ll reach out to you privately with the story and more details of the family you’re helping — so you know exactly how your gift made a difference.
